Warranty service:

  1. Compunix is a retail outlet. They do not make any kind of product. Therefore, Compunix sends the warranty product directly to the supplier or manufacturer on behalf of the buyer. In the case of warranty, we follow the policy given by International (by product), Domestic and Bangladesh Computer Society (BCS).
  2. When claiming the warranty of the product, you must present the purchase receipt of the product or proof of purchase of the product; otherwise the warranty claim will not be accepted.
  3. The warranty period may vary depending on the supply and availability of the product.

Reasons why the product will not come under warranty

  1. If the product does not have a purchase receipt, bill, invoice or any kind of purchase certificate, it will not come under warranty.
  2. If any part of the product burns, breaks, sits, tampers, layers is cut, rusted, corroded, fungus is found, cracks are found in any port, cracks are found and it will not be covered by warranty.
  3. If the product’s sticker or serial number is found to be missing or unclear, it will not be covered by the warranty.
  4. Any part change and serial number discrepancy found inside the product casing will not be covered by the warranty.
  5. If the product is found to have broken or unlocked the lock or hook, it will not be covered by the warranty.

. If scratches or blemishes are found on the screen of the product, it will not be covered by the warranty.

. If any part of the product is found to be damaged or destroyed due to insects, it will not be covered under warranty.

. If any round or crescent-like damage is detected due to injury to the screen of the product, it will not be covered by the warranty.

  1. Any damage to the product due to the use of liquids or liquids entering the product will not be covered by the warranty.
  2. If there is any damage due to misuse of the product, it will not be covered by the warranty.

Sales Return Policy:

  1. If there is a shortage of supply of any product within the specified time, the buyer will be offered an alternative product or the price will be refunded. In case of price refund, the supplier may refund partial price based on full sale price or term of use.
  2. If there is no supply of goods in certain cases, the buyer may have to make a partial price adjustment in case of taking the alternative product.

Lifetime Warranty Policy:

Lifetime warranty means the warranty period of the product up to the time it is considered as a conventional product in the market. If the product is a conventional product in the market under the lifetime warranty of any product, the buyer will get warranty service. If a product is considered EOL (End of Life), that is, if the product is discontinued, it will no longer be covered by the warranty. Newer versions of the product will not actually get warranty service with the old version.
