The terms of online delivery within Chittagong are as follows:
Cash on delivery (COD) facility is available only for online order in Chittagong.
Buyer will receive product delivery within 3-5 working days of order confirmation.
Delivery charges vary by product and location. Free delivery does not apply to all products.
Our delivery partners (eg RedX, Pathao, Paper Fly) maintain their respective terms.
In the case of home delivery, the buyer will not have the opportunity to try the product. If possible, capture a video of the product unboxing. Let us know immediately if you receive any defective product.
The terms of online delivery outside Chittagong are as follows:
In case of online order outside Chittagong, delivery will be done through courier service, full or partial price has to be paid in advance for booking of the product.
The courier will charge the service charge and the conditional payment will be paid by the buyer. The delivery time of the product and the delivery charge will depend on the specific courier service and the variation of the product.
Compunix will not be liable in the event of any loss of goods during the courier service.
After booking the product by courier, it is no longer the responsibility of Compunix, but if the buyer wants, he can collect the booking number and all the information related to the booking from Compunix.
The goods sent by courier should be collected by the buyer directly from the branch of his nearest courier service.
